REL 105 Unsaturated Polyester Infusion Resin is a thixotropic, pre-accelerated, ortophthalic based polyester resin, with different gel time version:
REL 105 A: short gel time, lamination within 1-5mm
REL 105 B:medium gel time, lamination within 2-10mm
REL 105 C/D: long gel time, lamination within 3-15mm

1. When applying REL 105 Unsaturated Polyester Infusion Resin, styrene emission is reduced by up to 50% compared to other general purpose resin. Emission is only 3-5% of polyester resins used compared to 6-10% of standard polyester resin.
2. Excellent glass fiber wet out properties and easiness of application is characteristic of REL 105.

Stored at temperatures below 25ºC. Storage life decreases with increasing storage temperature. Avoid exposure to heat such as direct sunlight or steam pipes. To avoid contamination of the product with water, do not store outdoors. Keep sealed to prevent moisture pick-up and monomer loss. Mild mixing is recommended after prolonged storage. Rotate stock.
