Description:
Bisphenol A Vinyl Ester resin with C-Cata. technology
Performance Attributes:
No foaming
Excellent corrosion resistance
Excellent impact strength
High tensile elongation
Application:
Corrosion-resistant equipment, flake glass and filled lining and coating compounds
REL 922 is a corrosion-resistant epoxy vinyl ester resin specifically designed for critical equipment such as chemical storage tanks. It not only possesses excellent chemical corrosion resistance, capable of withstanding long-term exposure to various acids, alkalis, and solvents, but also features high tensile elongation and outstanding impact strength, giving the coating or lining superior toughness and crack resistance. Its unique no-foaming characteristic ensures the formation of a dense, defect-free protective layer during application, making epoxy vinyl ester resin particularly suitable for flake glass reinforced linings and filled coating systems. It provides reliable, long-term protection for large storage tanks and corrosive equipment.
Drums - Store at temperatures below 25'C (77°F). Storage life decreases with increasing storage temperature. Avoioexposure to heat sources such as direct sunliaht or steam pipes, To avoid contamination of oroduct with water. donot store outdoors. Keep containers sealed to prevent moisture pick-up and monomer loss. Mild mixing isrecommended after prolonged storage. Rotate stock.
